Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact
- Valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase
- Return must be initiated within 14 calendar days
Items returned without prior approval or not meeting eligibility criteria will not be accepted or refunded.
How to Start a Return
Email us at brewed@lwangblack.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
If approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label (eligible cases)
- Clear packaging and return instructions
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
- Full refund
- Replacement item
- Store credit
No return shipping fees apply in these cases.
Change of Mind Returns
- Only unopened items within 14 days
- Customer bears return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days, provided items remain unused and unopened.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
