All our products are shipped from our facility in Queensland, Australia, and we use Australia Post (AusPost) as our trusted delivery partner. This allows us to offer reliable domestic and international shipping options, complete with real-time tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey from our roastery to your doorstep.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address provided. Whether you're selecting standard or express shipping, all available rates and delivery estimates will be shown clearly before final payment. We strive to keep our shipping fees fair and transparent, with no hidden charges. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, as incorrect information may lead to delays or failed deliveries, and additional charges for re-shipping may apply.
Our typical processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is placed. During busy periods, such as public holidays, promotions, or new product launches, this may extend slightly. Orders placed on weekends or outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. For metro areas within Australia, standard delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, while express delivery takes 1–3 business days. For rural and remote regions, standard shipping may take 5–10 business days, and express services may take slightly longer. International orders can take between 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance and the destination country’s postal system. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.
Once we hand your order over to Australia Post, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Lwang Black is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs processing, strikes, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we are committed to assisting our customers in resolving any delivery issues, and we’re happy to lodge an inquiry with the courier if your order is delayed significantly or appears lost in transit.
For international customers, please be aware of your country’s import regulations. Taxes, customs duties, and other import-related charges may be levied by your local authorities and are not included in your Lwang Black order total. These fees are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery, if applicable. We advise checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid surprises.
In the event of a parcel being returned to us, whether due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or the customer not collecting the parcel from their local post office, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply. Refunds for unclaimed parcels will be processed only once the product is returned to us in sellable condition, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
We take pride in packing our products with care and attention, but if you receive a damaged parcel or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
