Cancellation policy

At Lwang Black, we offer flexible purchase options to suit every lifestyle, including one-time purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and curated bundles. We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to making our cancellation process as transparent and hassle-free as possible. This policy outlines how you can cancel or adjust these special purchase options, what conditions apply, and how we handle refunds or modifications in alignment with our brand values of honesty and customer care.

For customers enrolled in a recurring subscription, such as a weekly or monthly coffee delivery plan, cancellations or changes can be made at any time by accessing your customer account or by emailing us at brewed@lwangblack.com.au. To avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle, we ask that you submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled retroactively but can be set to expire before the next cycle. If your delivery has not yet been dispatched, we will happily cancel and refund that cycle in full.

In the case of pre-orders, which may include limited edition blends, special collaborations, or seasonal products, we allow full cancellation and refund up until the item is shipped. After a shipping confirmation has been issued, the order falls under our standard [Returns & Refunds Policy]. If for any reason a pre-order is delayed beyond its estimated dispatch window, we will contact you with an updated timeline and offer the option to continue waiting or receive a full refund without penalty.

If you’ve purchased a bundle or promotional package, such as a combo deal or gift set, please note that cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Once your promotional order is on its way, we cannot cancel or refund individual items within the bundle. To qualify for a return or exchange, the entire bundle must be returned in its original, unopened condition. We do not provide partial refunds for discounted items purchased as part of a promotion unless the items are damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

For change-of-mind cancellations on one-time purchases, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we are happy to process a full cancellation and refund. However, once the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel the order, and it must follow the return procedure outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

Lwang Black reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, subscription, or special purchase option at our discretion. This may include instances of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, limited stock availability, or violations of our Terms of Service. In all such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and any applicable payments will be refunded in full. Our goal is always to uphold the trust and transparency we’re known for, ensuring that every purchase experience reflects our commitment to integrity and exceptional service.
